Are you feeling overwhelmed and scared about your and your partner’s unexpected pregnancy? Our compassionate team is here to support men through this journey. We know how hard this time can be and are here to help.

Men need support, too, when it comes to an unexpected pregnancy. One of the best things you could do for your partner is to receive support yourself. Get answers to all your questions and talk through your options. You are not alone, and you don’t have to have all the answers right away!

Process the news

You may have mixed emotions about pregnancy, and that’s ok. Before talking everything through with your partner, process the news on your own or with someone you trust to get the clarity you need.

Having time and distance before fully processing the news with your partner is best to avoid conflict upfront. Whatever option you decide on, feel fully equipped to make a decision.

Support your partner

Your partner is probably experiencing similar emotions as you. Talk with your partner to see how she feels, what she needs, and how you can help during this challenging time. Listening is crucial right now. It’s essential to decide to go through the journey as a team.

No-Cost resources & support

If you decide to parent, we offer no-cost parenting classes for you and your partner. We cover things like prenatal care, money and life management skills, getting ready for a baby, newborn care, and many more topics.

We also have a program for our dads where you can earn points by meeting with one of our male mentors to discuss your classes and develop a plan to help you succeed at being a father. These points can be used for various items that support children from newborn to 24 months.
